Description of Workshops
Note-taking: Elevate your note taking skills to the next level in preparation for the spring semester. This is an interactive, 30-minute workshop, where you will learn the tools to take better notes.
Procrastination:
In this workshop you will learn about different techniques to curb your procrastination in an interactive virtual format.
Learning Styles:
Learn about the seven different learning styles, based on Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences, in a conversation based workshop. In addition to learning about the styles you will always figure out which style applies to use, and how to use it to your advantage.
Accessibility tools:
Learn about the different tools and resources that help make learning more accessible.
Time Management:
In this interactive workshop we will talk about time management tips and tricks, learn how to effectively block out daily planner, and calculate optimal study hours needed for each of your courses.
