Purpose
Our office honors the inspired excellence through our responsibility of ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and security of all academic records as defined and protected under the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) as well as other federal, state, and MCC regulations. The scope of our office includes the administering of academic policies and academic functions such as grades, transcripts, enrollment verifications, and graduation. It is our dedication to serve all applicable constituencies in the utmost professional manner to ensure that all enrollment and records maintenance services are managed in a responsive and reliable manner. Accountability is the hallmark of our office.
