Bekaye Keller
BeKaye has a passion for making sure students have the tools and resources they need to obtain the college education she struggled to acquire. The fifth child in a family of six children, BeKaye was the first to go straight to college from high school. Entering a community college with a federal grant and a couple of scholarships, she knew it would be tough to carry a full load of credits and work a full-time job. She also knew she had to help her single mother with household expenses. BeKaye realizes the importance of a team to help you be successful. When BeKaye attended college there was no such thing as a Success Coach and she is overjoyed to serve in this capacity. Having worked in higher education for ten-plus years and being able to provide students with the support, tools, and resources that are vital to succeed, is a dream come true. BeKaye understands the real-life application of juggling the demands of life while pursuing a college education.
BeKaye’s extra-curricular activities include gardening, reading, visiting National Parks, hiking, spending as much time as possible with her 4 sisters (her one brother is in heaven), vacationing with extended family, and studying the Bible. She adores her Sheepadoodle puppy, Tatonka.
