Why is accreditation important?
Accreditation assures our students, taxpayers, and the greater public that MCC meets established standards of quality education, institutional effectiveness, and fiduciary responsibility as we remain dedicated to continuous improvement.
What are the established standards?
The Higher Learning Commission’s Criteria for Accreditation are the standards of quality by which HLC determines whether an institution merits accreditation or a reaffirmation of accreditation.
