Mission Statement: The Administrative Services team provides proactive, accountable, and innovative services and leadership supporting the mission and vision of Mohave Community College and striving to make the college better every day.

Administrative Services plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficient and effective utilization of college resources to further the educational mission of the college. Our division encompasses a wide range of services tailored to meet students, faculty, staff and community members’ needs and enable their goal attainment in a constantly changing environment.

• Business Services: Our finance professionals oversee financial operations, including budget development, fiscal planning, procurement, and accounting. We ensure reasonable stewardship of resource, promoting transparency and accountability in financial matters.
• Employee Services: Our dedicated Employee Services team includes both Human Resources and Payroll. We focus on creating a positive and engaging work environment for all faculty and staff, striving to enhance employee satisfaction, professional development, and work-life balance through initiatives such as training and development programs, employee recognition, wellness programs, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
• Facilities Management: Our dedicated team maintains and manages the college’s physical infrastructure, including buildings, grounds, and utilities. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and sustainable environment for all members of the campus community.
• Information Technology: Our IT experts offer technical support and innovative solutions to enhance teaching, learning, and administrative functions. We manage the college’s network infrastructure, cyber security, software systems, and user support, ensuring reliable access to technology resources.
• Risk and Emergency Preparedness: The safety and well-being of our college community are of utmost importance. Our team evaluates and mitigates risk, coordinates emergency preparedness, enforces campus regulations, and provides a safe environment through security measures, such as patrols, surveillance, and access control.
