Eligibility Requirements

  •    Active admissions application on file with Mohave Community College.
  •   Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file.
  •   A declared certificate or associate program on your student account.
  •   Comply with the minimum standards of Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
  •   Be enrolled at Mohave Community College.
  •   Make a commitment to work for a long-term care provider organization or a home and community-based service (HCBS) behavioral health provider.
  •   Traditional students who are not currently employed by HCBS providers, or Long Term Care Facilities; and current members of the HCBS and Long Term workforce.
