This ten-week training program is designed to teach employees and managers the principles and practices of the Lean efficiency process and methodology which focuses on maximizing value while minimizing waste in processes. Participants will go through exercises to learn to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve quality through practical and sustainable tools and techniques like Kaizen and 5S. Businesses can reduce costs, increase productivity, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
