How to Make a Request for Public Records
1. Under A.R.S. 39-121, the Mohave County Community College District Governing Board is defined as political subdivision of the State of Arizona. As such, its public records are available to the public.
2. The Board and the College are prepared to respond to requests for public records, but must provide them in the formats by which they were generated or collected. Requests to provide information in custom or special formats cannot be accommodated.
3. Requests for public records requiring copying may result in copying charges, payable in advance.
4. The college does not provide narrative responses to interrogatories.
