Enrollment Verification/Letters of Acceptance

Organizations including insurance companies and scholarship committees often require you to provide verification of your enrollment status.

If you need to provide enrollment information, please submit a Enrollment Verification/Letter of Acceptance form.

Only directory information can be released without your consent. If you require specific information not covered in the form, a space will be provided on the form for special requests. The College will do its best to accommodate your request.

It may take up to 10 business days after the form is received to process your request. Mohave Community College makes no guarantees as to the timeliness of deliveries for physical enrollment verifications picked up by USPS. USPS delivery times may vary due to holidays and weekends, particularly during seasonal peaks. Students must plan accordingly if they select the mail delivery option on the enrollment verification request form.

The release of educational records requires your signature (per Federal Law – FERPA). This request can only be made by the student.
