Enrollment Verification/Letters of Acceptance

Insurance companies, scholarship committees, and student loan deferments often require you to provide written verification of your enrollment status.

If you need Enrollment Verification or a Letter of Acceptance from MCC, you must submit that request in writing.

The completed written request may be submitted to any MCC campus or faxed directly to the Office of the Registrar. Incomplete forms will not be processed.

Only directory information can be released without your consent. If you require specific information not covered in the form, please contact the Registrar’s Office directly. The college will do its best to accommodate your request. This service will not be provided to students indebted to Mohave Community College.

Please allow a minimum of 10 business days after the form is received to process your request. The release of educational records requires your signature (per Federal Law – FERPA). This means the request cannot be made by parents, spouses, children, or friends.
