Become a Bighorn

Follow the steps below to get started.

1. Connect

Connect with an Early College Pathway Advisor or your high school counselor to learn which program(s) you may be eligible for.

2. Complete the Admissions Application

Apply online at apply.mohave.edu.

  1. Select Create Account.
  2. Use a personal email and select the year/term you would like to start at Mohave College.
  3. Verify your personal email; you will receive an email select Activate Account Here.
  4. Once verified, you will sign in to your admissions account
  5. Select Create a New Application.
  6. Select Start a new Undergraduate Application.
  7. Select Continue with Existing Application.

Tip: Use a personal email (not a school email) so you keep access after graduation.

3. Upload Required Documentation

After you submit your application, upload required documentation in your Admissions Account for tuition determination.

In your Admissions Account, go to Action Items and select View to upload:

  • Proof of Social Security Number (Tax Form, Social Security Card, or W-2)
  • Photo ID (state-issued photo ID or passport; or school ID with birth certificate and high school transcripts)
  • Electronic Under 18 Form signed by a parent or guardian (if applicable)

4. Determine Course Placement

Review your high school transcripts with your Early College Pathway Advisor to determine course placement.
