Our Partnership Priorities
Employer and Industry Partnerships
We work with employers to co-design programs, identify skills gaps, and build talent pipelines that support business growth. Partnerships may include customized training, advisory input, internships, apprenticeships, equipment support, guest speakers, and direct hiring pathways.
K–12 and Career Pathways
We partner with school districts, charter schools, CTEDs, and other educational organizations to build seamless pathways from high school to college and careers. These partnerships may include dual enrollment, early college models, career exploration, and transition support.
University Transfer Partnerships
We collaborate with university partners to create clear transfer pathways that help students continue their education with confidence. These partnerships support articulation, advising, and academic planning.
Community and Civic Partnerships
We work alongside nonprofit organizations, healthcare providers, municipalities, and community agencies to strengthen outreach, increase student support, and respond to local needs through education and service.
Partnership Benefits
How Partnerships Benefit Students
Our partnerships give students more than classroom instruction. They create opportunities for students to:
- Gain hands-on experience
- Build professional networks
- Earn credentials with workforce value
- Connect learning to real careers
- Transition more successfully into jobs or further education
Students benefit most when education is connected to real opportunity, and partnerships help make that possible.

Partnerships with the college help organizations:
- Access a pipeline of trained and emerging talent
- Shape curriculum to reflect workforce needs
- Upskill current employees
- Expand internship, project-based, and apprenticeship opportunities
