Academic programs at Mohave Community College provide opportunities for students to develop the knowledge, skills, and values that they should display when they complete a program of study. Program goals and outcomes help faculty and staff focus on the delivery of coursework that supports students in achieving their educational goals.
The purpose of periodic program review is to:
- Improve certificate and degree programs through data-driven peer reviews and self-evaluation
- Encourage ongoing systematic collection and review of student learning assessments and effectiveness measures
- Ensure that each program supports the college mission and aligns with the strategic directions of the college
