Each orientation class is designed to assess a student’s academic competency. Students will be assessed in Math, Reading and Language using the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE). The orientation will also include instruction concerning learning styles, study skills, goal setting and time management. In addition, there will be an introduction to the online components of the Pre-College studies classes and systems of Mohave Community College. (Note: All class sessions are mandatory. New students may not enroll in PCS classes without first completing an orientation.)
