Mohave College: A New Name, the Same Commitment to Excellence!
The College Rebranding Committee reviewing and discussing new logo options during a meeting in December 2024.
We’re excited to announce that Mohave Community College is officially rebranding to become Mohave College! This exciting change will take effect in August 2025, with the unveiling of a fresh, new logo that reflects our growth and evolution.
The journey to this rebrand has been a thoughtful and collaborative process. Starting in Fall 2023, the College Rebranding Committee gathered input from students, employees, key stakeholders, and community members through surveys, focus groups, and meetings. After extensive research and discussion, the MCC Board of Governors approved the name change in September 2024.

The new logo, expected to be finalized and approved by March 2025, will be installed across all campuses during Spring and Summer 2025. While the name is changing, one thing remains the same: Mohave College will continue to serve as a proud member of Arizona’s community college system and the Mohave County Community College District, which will remain our legal name.
Below is a summary explaining why the college is changing its brand name, and you can read even more here. Stay tuned for updates as we move closer to unveiling the new era of Mohave College!
