Meeting Schedule, Agenda & Minutes
Pursuant to ARS 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Mohave County Community College District Governing Board (MCCCDGB) Members and the General Public that the MCCCDGB Board will hold regular meetings for the period July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 as outlined below.
Public meetings may be attended at any of the following locations: Bullhead City Campus, Room #508, Lake Havasu City Campus, Room #508, Neal Campus – Kingman, Room #240, North Mohave Campus, Room #301. The public will be able to watch the meetings live at: https://mohave.zoom.us/j/86982129285 or listen to the meeting via telephone live by calling: 1-669-900-6833 and using meeting ID# 869-8212-9285.
If a call to the public is on the agenda, an opportunity to address the Board will be provided from all of the campus location listed above. If a member of the public wishes to address the Board via interactive video conferencing, a request must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the meeting by emailing president@mohave.edu. To comply with the minute-taking requirements of ARS 38-431-01.C.4, “the names of the persons, as given, who make statements or present material to the public body and a [specific] reference to the legal action,” to which the statement or presentation relates” must be provided. Comments will not be entered into the record anonymously.
The public is invited to view the final agenda, including the appendices noted, (excluding appendices covered by the Executive Session exemptions noted in ARS 38-431.0) below or at the Office of the President, Bldg. 100, 1971 Jagerson Avenue, Kingman, Arizona 86409. Agendas may also be available at campus libraries.
Regular Meetings will be held at 9:00 a.m. unless otherwise noted. Designated origination locations will be accessible at 8:45 a.m., or 15 minutes prior to the noticed start time.
