MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave College Corporate Education is offering a hands-on workshop series, Everyday Artificial Intelligence: Making Smart Tools Work for You, designed to help participants build confidence and practical skills in using artificial intelligence tools in their everyday work.

This practical course is designed for individuals who want to better understand how AI can support their daily tasks and decision-making. Participants will gain a clear understanding of what AI can and cannot do while learning how small prompt adjustments can significantly improve results. The workshop also introduces a simple framework for creating more consistent and effective outputs across a variety of tasks.

Throughout the session participants will practice drafting emails documents and messages with ease while learning how to quickly summarize information and pull key insights. The course also focuses on evaluating options risks and decisions more effectively while guiding attendees in creating reusable AI tools that can support their ongoing work.

“Artificial intelligence is shaping how work gets done across industries. Through this program, we’re helping our communities build practical skills to use these tools effectively supporting productivity, innovation, and long-term workforce development,” said Janice Berkenheger, Corporate Education & Career Training Program Manager.

The first workshop is May 27 at the Lake Havasu Campus, 1977 Acoma Blvd. West. The Bullhead Campus workshop is June 3, and the final workshop is June 17 at the Beale Street Center. All workshops will be held from 1-4 p.m.
