Mohave College Corporate Education is hosting an upcoming workshop designed to help individuals and organizations confidently navigate the grant application process and improve their chances of securing funding.
This hands-on workshop provides a simplified, step-by-step approach to grant writing, breaking down what can often feel like an overwhelming process into practical, manageable steps. Participants will learn how to assess readiness, identify the right funding opportunities and develop compelling proposals that stand out to funders.
Attendees will gain valuable skills, including how to align their mission with funders, follow complex request for proposal (RFP) guidelines with confidence and craft persuasive narratives using clear goals and funder-focused language. The workshop also highlights common mistakes that can lead to rejection and provides strategies to ensure accurate, timely submissions.
This workshop is ideal for nonprofit leaders, small business owners, municipal departments, faith-based organizations, educators, program directors and anyone seeking funding for a project or initiative. No prior grant writing experience is required.
The workshop will be offered at multiple locations:
