MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave College Corporate Education is offering driver education courses this spring in both Kingman and Bullhead City, giving teens and first-time drivers the opportunity to build the knowledge and confidence needed to prepare for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) permit test.
Each non-credit course includes 16 hours of classroom instruction covering essential driving topics such as traffic laws and regulations, safe driving practices, freeway and intersection navigation, emergency response, driver distractions, risk management and written test preparation. Participants will gain a strong foundation in responsible driving and be better prepared for the ADOT permit exam.
The Bullhead class is 6–8 p.m., starting March 16 through April 7 at the Mohave College Bullhead City Campus, 3400 Highway 95, building 500, room 502. Participants are asked to register by March 10.
The Kingman class is 6–8 p.m., starting March 23 through April 15 at the Mohave College Beale Street Center, 309 E. Beale Street, room 106. Registration is open through March 20.
