Mohave College Corporate Education hosts real estate renewathon in Lake Havasu

Mohave College Corporate Education is hosting an Arizona Real Estate Renewathon, a three-day continuing education event designed to help real estate professionals efficiently complete all 24 required license renewal hours. The Renewathon will take place, Feb. 26–28 at the Mohave College Lake Havasu Campus, 1977 Acoma Blvd. West, building 600. Offering a fast and convenient option for licensees to complete their continuing education over three days.

Participants will receive instruction on essential real estate topics including agency law, disclosure duties, ethics, contract writing, land use and subdivision regulations, fair housing, and broker management. Several courses meet Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) triennial requirements, including ethics and fair housing.

A featured session on Land Use and Subdivision Regulations will include special guest instructor Cal Sheehy, Lake Havasu City Mayor and Mohave College alumni, offering local insight into real estate legal issues and development considerations.

Mohave College Corporate Education courses are approved for Arizona real estate continuing education credit and are not for college credit.
