Mohave College is proud to invite the community to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony of its new Advanced Manufacturing Training Center (AMTC). The event will be held at the AMTC on Sept. 24 from 10am-Noon. It is located at 4415 Windrose Lane in the Kingman Airport Industrial Park, just 15 minutes from the Neal Campus-Kingman.
The 36,000-square-foot Advanced Manufacturing Training Center officially opened its doors in August 2025 and has quickly become a hub of hands-on learning and innovation. Students are training in high-demand skilled trades such as welding, HVAC, industrial maintenance, robotics, computer-aided drafting and manufacturing fundamentals. The facility also includes design labs, SIM/VR labs, and a collaborative innovation space that provide students with real-world experience using cutting-edge technology.
Faculty at the center are experts in their fields, and the College is partnering with business and industry leaders to design curriculum and training programs tailored to the evolving needs of the regional workforce. By aligning education with employment, the AMTC is building a pipeline of skilled workers to fuel economic prosperity in northwestern Arizona.
