MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College’s Community Education Division is bringing back College for Kids at the Bullhead City Campus. The program is reimagined with a focus on academic pathways and college readiness for students ages 8–12.
College for Kids blends hands-on exploration with foundational learning in STEM, science, writing, entrepreneurship, trades and creative expression. The camps are designed to build curiosity, confidence and essential life skills in a fun and supportive setting.
This year’s lineup offers something for every young explorer:
- STEM & Science Exploration: Future Scientists, Mini-Medics and Robotics camps introduce anatomy, robotics and hands-on experiments that bring science to life.
- Creative Arts & Expression: Art Adventure, Baking and Creative Writing camps give students space to express themselves and build new skills.
- Entrepreneurship & Responsibility: Future leaders thrive in Entrepreneur/Shark Tank and Safe & Smart Sitter camps where ideas, communication and confidence grow.
- Trades & Life Skills: One-of-a-kind opportunities like Basic Auto, Carpentry, Metal Fabrication and Lego Life Lessons turn practical skills into exciting, real-world learning experiences.
Space is limited and camps are only available in June. Enroll today at MCCforKids.com and give your child a summer that blends fun with future-focused learning. For questions or help with registration, contact Ana Masterson at amasterson@mohave.edu or call (928) 692-3016.
