MOHAVE COUNTY – Mohave Community College President Dr. Stacy Klippenstein was the moderator for the Northern Arizona Mayoral Roundtable, which took place on the MCC Neal Campus – Kingman on Thursday, May 23.
Mayor Ken Watkins of Kingman, Mayor Steve D’Amico of Bullhead City, Mayor Randy Hartless of Parker, Mayor Howard Ream of Colorado City and Mayor Cal Sheehy of Lake Havasu City all took to the MCC Kingman Campus on Thursday for a roundtable discussion, organized by the Arizona Association for Economic Development.
That discussion included the accomplishments, challenges and upcoming opportunities in their respective cities.
“MCC was thrilled to host the Northern Arizona Mayoral Roundtable on the Neal Campus –Kingman,” said MCC President Dr. Stacy Klippenstein. “Discussions such as these do wonders for our communities as elected officials come together alongside economic and education partners to discuss issues critical to their cities, and to stay up to date of all the wonderful work being done on behalf of their constituents. I was proud to moderate an event in which these outstanding mayors and the Arizona Association for Economic Development shared a similar commitment to MCC’s mission, improving lives and communities.”
