MOHAVE COUNTY – As Arizona Gives Day approaches, the Mohave Community College Foundation is reaching out to the community to encourage donations in support of local students’ educational pursuits.
Arizona Gives Day is April 2, and is an annual day of giving that raises funds for nonprofits across the state, including the MCC Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing scholarships for students attending Mohave Community College.
“The generosity shown on Arizona Gives Day directly supports our students’ educational goals, and by donating to the MCC Foundation, you’re investing in the future of our community,” said MCC President Dr. Stacy Klippenstein.
Shawn Bristle, Chief Institutional Planning and Advancement Officer who oversees the Foundation, emphasized the importance of community support, stating, “Every contribution, regardless of its size, significantly impacts our students’ lives. Your support enables us to offer scholarships that empower students to chase their dreams.”
