BULLHEAD CITY – The recent chilly weather didn’t stop a Mohave Community College Bullhead City campus science class from making ice cream with everyday household items.
Resident Faculty Anthony Hollow’s chemistry class learned how to make ice cream, and the chemistry behind the dessert, along with chemical structures of the ingredients used.
The program is designed to help students when transferring to a four-year degree program in engineering, science or pre-professional health science. For more information on obtaining an Associate of Science in Science at MCC, click here.
