The MCC Information Technology department will be working through the Thanksgiving break to finish up the migration to the new server system, as well as significant maintenance projects on other college systems.
The IT department is alerting all MCC employees and students that ALL college systems, including JICS, Jenzabar, and MyClasses.mohave.edu will experience outages.
Maintenance will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. It will continue until 12:00 p.m. Sunday, November 25. The migration process will focus on getting student-oriented systems (MyClasses and Schoology) up first; then associated systems.
When student systems are available for use the IT department will send a notification to all students, faculty and staff.
The current schedule is:
ALL SYSTEMS DOWN: Wednesday November 21, 2018 beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Standup Schoology and MyClasses (Estimated): Saturday November 24, 12:00 p.m.
There will be intermittent outages until Noon Sunday as systems are patched or updated. We will keep the community informed as work progresses and systems come back online.
