“When my husband passed away I didn’t know what to do with myself so I decided to go back to school,” said Delphine Jones. “I went down to Mohave Community College and earned my associate of science degree in culinary arts, hotel restaurant management and bakery. Then I got my bachelor’s degree in career and technical education at Northern Arizona University. Then I got my master’s in career and technical education at NAU as well.”
