Midterms are over and finals are on the way. Student activities council held (Student Appreciation Day) for a second year in a row! Last year microwavable snacks, nachos, and MCC accessories (Water bottles & Towels) were a hit.
This year the student body reached out to place a NEW type of order. Students requested healthier snacks for this year’s midterms and finals.
SAC delivered results! Miniature sandwiches, pinwheels, fruit and cheese trays, uncrushable sandwiches, chips, granola bars, and of course refreshments. SAC President Zamina Cook personally walked around the Bullhead City campus library to ask what snacks students would like displayed for student appreciation day.
She and SAC Vice President Cody Heck want to encourage all students to reach out and let SAC know what you’d like them to provide at events.
SAC would also like to compliment students who dedicate their time in a focused study area, especially the library. They like seeing dedicated students devoting their time to education and improving their future!
By the way Pumpkin Fest is tonight, 10-27-2017 on the Bullhead City campus.
