How do I get a Library Card? - Ask any library staff member about obtaining your own MCC library card.
You must be entered into the library computer system before you may check out materials and/or obtain remote access to our subscribed online databases.
See Circulation Policy link on the right. There is no charge for this service. REMEMBER: you are responsible for all materials checked out on your card, and please NOTIFY THE LIBRARY IMMEDIATELY IF YOUR CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN.

What are the borrowing periods? - Materials and services are available to all residents of Mohave County. Borrowers must have a valid library card to check out library materials. Patrons are responsible for all materials checked out on their library cards. Contact library staff if you do not yet have an MCC Library Card. (Library cards are free.)
Guide to library borrowing periods -
- Three Weeks - Books from general, career, and oversize areas; audio cassettes & records; back issues of magazines and newspapers; vertical files
- One Week - Videotapes
In-Library Use Only - Reference books, current issue magazines and newspapers, microfilm and microfiche materials are not to leave the library.
Limits and Renewals - Generally, there is no established limit to the number of items patrons may check out on a single visit. Library materials may be renewed twice (one time by phone), unless there is an outstanding request for the item.
Overdue Materials - The library does not charge fines for any MCC materials that are overdue. A patron is considered delinquent when one or more items is four weeks or more overdue. Delinquent patrons are not allowed to check out additional materials until all overdue items are paid for in full or all items are returned.
Lost or Damaged Materials - If you have lost or damaged materials, arrangements must be made for the materials' replacement and/or repurchase at the patron's expense. If you are in this situation, please contact the librarian at your own campus' library.
