Mohave Community College has contracted with SunGard Higher Education to provide information and technology support for the college. 

The Technology Support Services (TSS) department is made up of both SunGard Higher Education and MCC employees (see TSS Org Chart).  TSS is charged with implementing policies made by MCC administration, based on recommendations from the Technology Support Services Advisory Committee (TSSAC).

How can you get information and help from TSS? 

  • The TSS Help Desk facilitates customer requests for technology support.
  • TSS Newsletters are published several times throughout the year in order to provide the MCC community with news and information about technology at the college.
  • Frequently asked questions (FAQ) are posted online for customer reference.
  • Documentation pertaining to technology use at MCC is posted online for customer reference.
  • Faculty & Staff email addresses can be found by using an online phonebook.
  • Student usernames for Myhave portal, iMail, Angel, and computer login can be found by using an online info page.
