Federal Grant Sources

• FedWorld - This site will launch you into a large variety of grants related sites across the country.
• Grants.gov - Grants.gov allows organizations to electronically find and apply for competitive grant opportunities from all Federal grant-making agencies.

• GrantsNet - GrantsNet is a tool created by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Office of Grants Management (OGM) for finding and exchanging information about HHS and other Federal grant programs. Be sure to click on the Electronic Roadmap for Grants.
• Health Resources and Services Administration - This site lists grants awarded in health-related areas with special emphasis on low-income and special populations.
• Institute of Museum and Library Services - The Institute of Museum and Library Services is an independent Federal grant-making agency dedicated to creating and sustaining a nation of learners by helping libraries and museums serve their communities.
• National Endowment for the Arts - This federal agency funds grants in the arts.
• National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) - This federal agency funds grants in humanities disciplines.
• National Science Foundation - This federal agency to funds grants related to science, mathematics, and
  engineering technology.

• Foundations Online - Foundations Online is a directory of 100's of foundations and grantmakers.
• GuideStar - This site offers information about more than 700,000 IRS-registered501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
• GrantsNet - This site is a one-stop resource to find funds for training in the biomedical sciences and undergraduate science education.
• The Council on Foundations - The Council works to support foundations by promoting knowledge, growth, and action in philanthropy. It contains links to current grant opportunities.
• The Grantsmanship Center - This organization conducts some 200 workshops annually in grantsmanship and proposal writing.
• The Foundation Center - This site offers some of the best general and specialized information retrieval tools on the Internet.
• TRAM Research Funding Opportunities and Administration - The Texas Research Administrators Group site contains grants policies at other universities, home pages for research offices at major universities, and federal forms that you can download.

• Arizona Department of Education
• Arizona Humanities Council - General Grants are competitive awards available for community-initiated projects that have as their primary purpose to help Arizonans understand and appreciate the humanities. AHC is especially interested in funding projects that bring good humanities scholarship to out-of-school audiences in Arizona.

Project Evaluation Resources

• Online Evaluation Resource Library - This library was developed for professionals seeking to design, conduct, document, or review project evaluations. OERL is funded by the National Science Foundation.
• Student Assessment of Learning Gains (SALG) - This free site is designed for instructors of all disciplines who would like feedback from their students about how the course elements are helping their students to learn.
