Mohave Community College

It is recommended that the Mohave Community College Application for Student Employment (Appendix D) be used when a student wants to apply for a specific job, the following steps should be taken. 

  • When a student inquires about a specific job announcement, offer them an application to fill out.
  • Select the applicant.
  • Contact applicant. 

The Interview 

  • When the interviews are over, tell the applicant when the decision will be made and when they may expect to hear back.
  • Rate the interview after the applicant has left.
  • Offer the position to the applicant selected.

Making the Hiring Decision - This is the decision of the supervisor and/or campus dean.
