If you enjoy working with your hands, building or repairing things, MCC's Industrial Technology Programs will help you gain the skills to help you launch a new career.

You will receive hands-on training and gain marketable experiences in a real-world setting as a student in Mohave Community College's Industrial Technology programs. You can earn a Certificate of Proficiency or an Associate’s Degree and prepare for a job working with state-of-the-art fabrication and welding, electrical equipment and wiring, refrigeration systems, plumbing and masonry. MCC also has state-of-the-art Computer Aided Design labs equipped with the latest in drafting software. MCC offers these choices:

AAS and AGS degrees each take approximately four (4) semesters to complete and are listed below.

• AAS - Automotive Collision Repair Technology; AGS - Automotive Service Technology;  AAS - Electrical Technology; AAS - Computer Aided Drafting; AAS - Refrigeration Technology; AAS - Welding Technology
• Certificates - Each can be completed in about one semester if taken full-time. MCC's auto programs give you hands-on experience working with late-model vehicles in ASE certified facilities; and the truck driver training program offers classroom and one-on-one, over-the-road instruction to prepare you to become a licensed commercial tractor-trailer driver using the latest in tractor-trailers.
