  • CET018 Building & Leading Workplace Teams - Building and Leading Workplace Teams: blt-4. Productivity does not automatically improve when managers put a group of good workers together as a team. For a team to be productive it meeds a leader- and that team leader is not always a manager or supervisor, and its members must apply interactive skills toward the accomplishment of a common purpose. This workshop focuses on showing employees how to: Set goals and objectives that enhance the accomplishment of the team purpose, Understand team roles, assign team roles based on skills and resources, Function as a team leader, and Develop and maintain positive working relationships among team members.
  • CET020 Dare to be the Best CoachDefine and create content-based and conceptual standards, encourage and develop individual call agent style. 
  • CEL023 Challenge Course Low I - Workshop focuses on all ground elements at the challenge course, communication, problem solving, the types of teams, team cohesion, and leadership skills. Very low physical impact, can accommodate school age groups on up. Participants need to bring a water bottle. 
  • CEL024 Challenge Course Low IIWorkshop focuses on intense problem solving scenarios, involving communication and teamwork, confidence, physical and psychological challenges. Increased physical challenge to participants. Elements include ground to up to 5 feet off the ground. Can accommodate 10 years and older. Participants need to bring a water bottle.
  • CEL025 Challenge Course High IWorkshop focuses on the first 6 of the 12 high elements, including rock wall, balance log, multi-vine, giants ladder, zip line, and the horizontal ladder. Individual confidence building. Requires a high level of physical endurance. Can accommodate 14 years and older. Participants need to bring a water bottle. Minimum enrollment of 15.
  • CEL026 Challenge Course High IIParticipant completion of challenge course high 1 is recommended. The final high elements include giant swing, elevated bridge, and the leap of faith. Requires a high level of physical endurance. Can accommodate 14 years and older. Participants need to bring a water bottle. Minimum enrollment of 15.

The Wooden Foot Race, Lake Havasu Parks  

The Challenge Course is an adventure-based program to facilitate individual, group and team learning and development.

Physical activities and games are used to instill the importance of initiative, communication, cooperation, interpersonal skills, group cohesion, team-building, leadership, problem-solving, self-esteem, social and individual awareness, and wellness.
