  • CEB016 Improving Self-Image - Using positive steps to change behaviors; recognize prejudices and biases in decision-making; accept accountability for behavior; setting and achievement of lifetime personal goals.
  • CEB017 Conflict Resolution - Workshop provides skills to identify, respond, avoid and resolve conflict.
  • CEB018 Defusing Irate Customer Anger - Participants will be able demonstrate the following skills:  importance of being prepared; importance of listening; different behavioral styles, difficult customers, and understanding of unacceptable customer behavior. 
  • CEB019 Essential Employee Skills - Workshop will cover the techniques of effective communication; professional relationships & Workplace Ethics and Customer Service. 
  • CEB020 Exceptional Employee Skills - Workshop content will cover effective communication skills; professional relationships, workplace ethics and exceptional customer service.
  • CEB021 Getting & Keeping a Job - Workshop provides the necessary tools to locate, apply interview skills to obtain the job.
  • CEB022 Goals & Priorities - Workshop will enable participant to understand different goals; setting goals; setting priorities and achievement of goals.
  • CEB023 Managing Promotion & New Job Stress - Workshop will cover the elements of understanding different types of stress; the ability to rethink stress; develop confidence; embrance change and the ability to manager stress.

  • CEB025 Professional Presence - Recognize and apply ethical attributes, Understand and apply correct business etiquette, Project a professional image, Provide exceptional customer care, Exhibit professional behavior. 
  • CEB026 Stress & Conflict Resolution - Participants of this workshop will be educated on the different types of stress; how to cope with short and long term stress; the ability to manage stress and conflict prevention and resolution. 
  • CEB027 Stress Management & Job Burnout - Different aspects of this workshop will instruct the participant on recognizing stress symptoms; understand effects, identify causes, apply coping tools for stress and dealing with job burnout.
  • CEB028 Getting & Keeping a Job - Workshop provides assistance in locating available jobs, create personal asset inventory; correctly  complete application form, apply interview skills, proper attire, attitude and keeping the job.
  • CEB030 Professional Relationships & Harassment - Recognize harassment types, the supervisor/manager role in harassment, sexual harassment, ways to say no, documenting and proving harassment.
  • CEB036 Safety & Security in the Workplace - A safe and secure work environment is a necessity.  Learn the safety basics, recognize and deal with unusual behaviors, emergency responsibilities,  recognizing suspicious people, and Pre and Post Emergency Actions.  
  • CEB038 Avoiding Violence in the Workplace In today's environment, being prepared for unexpected violence is a necessary skill to protect your business, employees and clients.
