- CES012 Building Positive Customer Relations - Building a positive customers care foundation requires solid customer service, satisfaction & delight skills.
- CES013 Business Communication & Listening - Supervisor's role; leadership skills; understanding performance appraisals, professionalism; core skills to include planning, delegation, problem solving and discipline.
- CES014 Telephone Skills for the Business Professional - Learn how to manage business calls in a professional manner.
- CES015 Customer Service 1 Hour - Identifying the customers, understand the differences in customer service, and apply the practices that create a customer friendly culture.
- CES016 Customer Service 2 Hour - Identifying the customers, understand the differences in customer service, and apply the practices that create a customer friendly culture.
- CES017 Customer Service 3 Hour - Identifying the customers, understand the differences in customer service, and apply the practices that create a customer friendly culture.
- CES018 Customer Service 3 Hour - This course will focus on one of the following topics:
1) making cold calls 2) increasing sales 3) unlocking secrets to sales success.
