Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation Policy: 
Canceling an on-campus interview 48 hours or fewer prior to the interview MUST be approved by a Career Services staff member so that the interviewee will not be designated a “no show.” (One missed campus interview is considered a “no show”.) Call 1.866.664.2832, or 928.757.0877 or stop by your campus Career Services office to inform us immediately if a situation arises which may interfere with the interview. The student is required to prepare a letter of apology for the employer and must submit the letter to a Career Services staff member within 24 hours following a cancellation. Career Services will send the letter to the recruiter. A copy will be forwarded both to the supervising Division Chair and the President of the Campus. Career Services will retain a copy of the letter. If the student does not meet the requirements of this policy, suspension of campus interviewing privileges and the denial of future resume referrals may result. 

Appeals Process:
Director of Career Planning will determine final status of students' future interviewing or resume referral privileges.
