Bighorn One Card

After registering for classes, new students will receive a Bighorn One card in the mail. The card is the key to selecting the refund preference that best fits your needs. Refunds can be from financial aid, student loans or tuition on a canceled class.

MCC has partnered with Higher One to offer the following refund options:

1. OneAccount – an FDIC insured checking account with no monthly fees (other fees may apply). This account is offered by Higher One and linked to the MCC Bighorn One card.
2. ACH/Direct Deposit into your existing checking or savings account.

Follow the instructions with the card to select your refund option. If you do not select a refund option, a paper check will be mailed to you within 21 days after the funds are received by Higher One.

Even though you might not be expecting a refund, do not throw the card away…you may receive a refund in the future.

Your Bighorn One card is also your library card. To activate and use your library card, visit the reference desk at your campus library.

If you did not receive your card or if you need a replacement card, please contact your local enrollment services office.
