MC4 - Mohave Community College Computer Club – is a college wide club that provides service projects to the surrounding communities such as computer security demonstrations, food and toy drives, and recycling opportunities for old computer hardware.
We raise funds for these activities by having LAN (Local Area Network) events where the campus computer learning centers are turned into game tournaments!

College Computer Club Helps Pets at Local Shelter - April 1, 2010
Gamers from the Mohave Community College Computer Club (MC4) collected more than 125 pounds of pet food at their LAN (Local Area Network) gaming event last Saturday, March 27. MedConnect USA provided pizza and drinks, which students purchased, generating money the club used to buy pet food for the Western Arizona Humane Society (WAHS) shelter in Kingman. For more information about the club and future events, please contact club co-advisor, Andra Goldberg at 928-692-3015 or agoldberg@mohave.edu. Pictured is MCC student, Chris King, presenting the donation to Daniel at WAHS while “Tuna” looks forward to dinner! Tuna is currently available for adoption at the shelter.
Computer games, toy drive successful - January 12, 2010
Thanks to the initiative of the Mohave Community College Computer Club (MC4) and the generosity of Kurt Duncan of MedConnect USA, the computer club was able to donate more than $100 worth of toys to area children last month. The club held a Local Area Network (LAN) computer gaming event and toy drive on Dec. 12 at the MCC Computer Learning Center on the Neal Campus-Kingman. MedConnect USA provided pizza and drinks, which students purchased, generating money the club used to buy toys for needy children for Christmas. Above, Candace Hardy, MCC public services clerk, helps organize the toys collected at the event for the Toys for Tots Foundation.
