Enrollment Verification/Letters of Acceptance

Insurance companies and scholarship committees often require you to provide written verification of your enrollment status.

If you need enrollment verification or a letter of acceptance from MCC, you must submit that request in writing.

The completed written request may be submitted to any MCC campus or faxed directly to any of the fax numbers provided on the form. Incomplete forms will be returned to you. Please use the link provided to print out the standard request form.

If a request is made before the end of the Add/Drop period to verify enrollment in the current term, the verification will include a disclaimer explaining that the college can only verify preregistration and that it encourages the student to request a new letter after the official Add/Drop period.

Only directory information can be released without your consent. If you require certain information in the letter (i.e. Social Security number, MCC ID number, etc.), please check the appropriate box on the form or write in the desired information in the space provided. The college will do its best to accommodate your request. Requests made by students with indebtedness to Mohave Community College will be denied and returned to the student.

Please allow a minimum of 3 to 5 business days after the form is received to process your request. The release of educational records requires your signature (per Federal Law - FERPA). This means the request cannot be made by parents, spouses, children, or friends.

If you need enrollment verification for student loan deferments, you will need to complete the Request for Enrollment Verification for Student Loan Deferments.
