The mission of the Practical Nurse (PN) program is to meet the health care needs of the communities in which we serve. We will inspire excellence in a student-centered learning environment.
The PN program provides students the opportunity for gainful employment as a Licensed Practical Nurse within one year. The PN program is approved by the Arizona State Board of Nursing and is offered in Kingman at the Detroit Avenue Center.
Upon completion of the three-semester program, which begins each Fall, the student will be eligible to sit for the NCLEX-PN. Once the national exam has been passed, the graduate is eligible to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse at many different locations and facilities.
